I worked with The Gala Group Agency (the "Gala Group") for the book launch of The Restaurant Guide: Our Favorite Places In St. Pete, a 100 page book.
The first part of the campaign involved creative and production support. The Gala Group helped me with revisions and production of visual parts of the guide. This included securing models for two photoshoots at restaurants, video capturing during the photoshoots, and graphic design elements into the guide. The Gala Group also created guide visual elements, brand guidelines, logos, and a media kit. They also designed and executed creative assets for marketing.
The second part of the campaign involved the planning for and execution of a fabulous guide launch party, which included invitations, vendor, and partner outreach. They also secured influencer and media attendees and engagement. We had a fabulous event with Latin food, Chef Demos, an Artist drawing restaurants, a Photo Booth, and a Cookie Company.
The Gala Group also helped me with public relations and media. They created and distributed a Press Release, and secured two television interviews on a NBC affiliate.
Finally, The Gala Group created media and partner pitches, contacted potential corporations for partnerships, shared event recap stories, and continued outreach to partners for guide distribution.
